Types of refectory materials that we supply for making furnace are:-

Fire Bricks:

We stockists of high quality Fire Bricks. Each lot isusing high quality tested raw materials, fired efficiently under strict quality control and proven production technology to maintain consistency. Fire Bricks manufacturing has a stringent IQC and OQC procedure ensuring each batch is conforming to the specification.

Insulation Bricks:

We offer an extensive range of insulation bricks, insulating fire bricks. Our lightweight, precision-made insulating bricks help our customers to reduce their operating costs by saving energy.

• Very high refractoriness, structural strength
• Excellent strength at ambient and elevated temperatures

Insulation material

Glass wool:

Glass wool is manufactured from widely available and renewable raw materials and provides environmental benefits in terms of resource saving and energy saving in every stage from pre-manufacturing to end use.

Key dimensions of Glass Wool are:

• Density- 10, 12, 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 kg/cu mtr.
• Thickness - Our standard thickness is either 25mm and 50mm. Other thickness are available on request
• Facing- glasswool can be supplied with FSK (aluminium foil), Tissue or Vinyl Facing

Aluminium Cladding sheet:

Aluminium sheet as per IS-737 (designation 31000, condition H3 for flat sheet & 31500/51300, H4 for corrugated sheets)) shall be used for cladding. Insulation on overall piping, vessel and equipment, cladding will be coated on the side in contact with insulation with 3 mil thick polysurlyn film.
